About the Artist

Regann R. Hunt has been painting for over 30 years, starting with dog
portraits while in high school. A Texas native, Regann currently lives in
Jefferson City, Tennessee with her two dogs, Andy and Maggie. She
works around the surrounding area as a self employed decorative artist
doing artwork in many different facets.

Her business, Art Elegance, was created in 1999 and consists of painting
residential and commercial murals, all sorts of faux finishing from basic
glazing to stunning metallic designs, intricate marbles, wood graining, and
Venetian plasters. Her animal portraits were her passion for many years
before embarking into the designer field of paint, and they have been a solid
part of her business. Her clients are spread all over east Tennessee,
allowing her to share for a moment the most spectacular homes and views
that the area has to offer.

Since 1999, she has studied with over 20 of the top schools and artists in the
country. Taking classes and learning new finishes, techniques, improving mural
quality and gaining material education has kept her growing.

She is a member of the Morristown Art Association and the International Decorative
Artisans League.
